Scalia Presides Over Court Today
Scotusblog notes today that the Court's empty "middle" of the bench (due to the absence of CJ Rehnquist, & J's Stevens & O'Connor) put Justice Scalia in the " probably unprecedented" position of presiding over the Court's oral argument session.
